South African celebrities stand with Zimbabweans


South African rappers have stood with Zimbabweans by posting solidarity messages to Zimbabweans against human rights violations.


  Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, professionally known as AKA, tweeted a picture of himself wearing a Zimbabwean flag saying the struggle in Zimbabwe may also affect South Africans in the long run.




 He also encouraged his followers to spread awareness about the situation in Zimbabwe.


 Singer-songwriter and musician, Khaya Mthethwa, have shown concern about how Africans are treating other Africans."I am disgusted at how Africans treat Africans. How can we ever be respected if we can’t respect our own," he said.




 Moreso, another South African rapper, songwriter, entrepreneur, and record producer, Casper Nyovest showed some love by tweeting #ZimbabweanLivesMatter.
