Zimbabwean radio personality and social influencer, Samantha Musa, popularly known as MisRed eventually apologized after she said, “There’s a big disconnect between what’s going on the ground and what’s going on social media .” In an interview with the Ghanaian radio  Y1079FM , she said she thinks that there is a big disconnect between what’s going on the ground and what’s going on social media. However, Misred apologized after she came under fire for stating her opinion.  "Dear fellow Zimbabweans, I do want to say, I am sorry I let us down. I am sorry that my words have caused pain and have resulted in so many of you feeling that I have let our cause down," she tweeted.   Social Media has been blowing up with mixed reactions towards Musa's interview.  

South African politician, a Member of Parliament and the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Economic Freedom Fighters,  Julius Sello Malema , is calling for the removal of the Zimbabwean Embassy in South Africa. Meanwhile, on Twitter,  Julius Sello Malema  is calling for the removal of the Zimbabwean Embassy in South Africa until there is a restoration of human rights in Zimbabwe. "We call for the removal of the Zimbabwean Embassy in SA until they restore the human rights in that country," he said. He also said they are going to prevent any official from Zimbabwean Government from participating in any gathering in South Africa if they fail to restore the human rights in Zimbabwe. "Failure to do so, we will prevent any official from the Zimbabwean government from participating in any gathering in SA until they respect ordinary Zimbabweans."

Zimbabwean Celebrities has finally joined the  #ZimbabweanLivesMatter  hashtag on social media.  People are grateful for the joining of local artists on the  #ZimbabweanLivesMatter  hashtag as they are usually silent on political issues. The  #ZimbabweanLivesMatter  hashtag started trending on Monday on Twitter with the most popular South African celebrities speaking against human rights violations in Zimbabwe. The hashtag has reached international with American Celebrities speaking on the oppression of human rights.

South African rappers have stood with Zimbabweans by posting solidarity messages to Zimbabweans against human rights violations.    Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, professionally known as  AKA , tweeted a picture of himself wearing a Zimbabwean flag saying the struggle in Zimbabwe may also affect South Africans in the long run.  He also encouraged his followers to spread awareness about the situation in Zimbabwe.  Singer-songwriter and musician,  Khaya Mthethwa,  have shown concern about how Africans are treating other Africans."I am disgusted at how Africans treat Africans. How can we ever be respected if we can’t respect our own," he said.  Moreso, another South African rapper, songwriter, entrepreneur, and record producer, Casper Nyovest showed some love by tweeting  #ZimbabweanLivesMatter .

According to Netflix's internal viewership measurement, Money Heist has been a strong performer.  The fourth season gleaned 65 million views worldwide in its first four weeks.
